A recent post highlighting my friend Chef Fred Eric and his restaurant Tiara Cafe. Now it's time to post about one of Fred's non-food passions. Fred loves designer vinyl toys. He doesn't like them a lot; he loves them. Go to Tiara for the food, but don't leave without asking if someone can show you Fred's toy collection.
By the way, Fred is in the photo above. Like a phantom, but he's there.
